At Locs of Love we strive to set the standard for the loc industry, from loc starter methods, loc maintenance, loc extensions, all the way to customer service. We bring you the Locs of Love Experience that we spent decades perfecting, so that each of your visits to our salon leaves you excited to come back for more. Below is a list of the terms and conditions of our salon.
We require a credit card hold in order to reserve all appointments.
This card will only be charged if you NO SHOW or CANCEL outside of the cancellation window. You are also able to save your card to your profile and we can use that for checkout!
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Email & Text Confirmations are sent out 3 days prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FULL PRICE OF SERVICE SCHEDULED
and will need to PAY A REBOOK FEE OF $35 BEFORE of next appointment UP FRONT.
We understand that things happen and sometimes we all run late, but please be aware that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. We will however try our best to accommodate your need for a reschedule.
Children or extra guest are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced.
Please understand that we created our salon for US to be relaxed. Leaving the stress of the world in the outside.
Please be sure to remove your previous style and detangle your hair before coming in for your appointment. If your hair needs major detangling (more than what a 15-20 min shampoo service will allow), please let us know before hand because it will eat up some of your allotted styling time and a detangling fee may be applied.
If you are not satisfied with your style or service in any way, let your stylist know before you leave. We will do our best to rectify the situation at that time, remove the style for you, or schedule a re-do appointment with the same stylist that fits into our schedule within a one week period. After this time you will not be eligible for a style re-do. If you are not satisfied with the customer service please let us know within the time of your visit.
We do not offer refunds for services or products.
SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLISHING
If you know our brand, you know that we love sharing updates of what is happening at the salon with our followers. By coming to our salon, you are likely to be photographed/video recorded for publication on our social media. If for any reason you do not want your image being used in our social media posts, please notify us when you make your appointment, or as soon as you come into the salon so we can accommodate your request.

We reserve the right to modify our services, products, prices, policies and procedures. Please refer to our website for any updates.
